For one night only, Chef Krish Dutt returns ‘home’ to MASU after years abroad including cooking for the King of Jordan, earning a coveted Chef Hat, and most recently awarded Best Speciality Restaurant in South Australia, for his Adelaide restaurant, Tunki.
Reuniting with Nic Watt, the chef duo will present a five-course collaboration fusing MASU’s iconic Japanese flavours with Tunki’s vibrant Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) style, Roku beverage match and a special Krish Dutt Magic sauce jar to take home.
Expect fire, flavour, and an unforgettable night.

A four-course journey showcasing the richness of Mapari beef in all its forms, from delicate carpaccio to slow-braised short rib and dry-aged fillet.
The experience is matched with Torbreck Vintners’ iconic Barossa Valley wines - somedrawn from the oldest dry-grown vines in the world. Joining us from Adelaide, head winemaker Sacha Timaeus will guide you through the craftsmanship behind every glass.
